Here in the top frame, a guerrilla is seen untying the peasant's hands so that he can render testimony before the "court." Other images of the same man, taken at the time of the trial, can be seen in Prints 33 and 41. The bottom frame shows captured prisoners being guarded by guerrillas in the center of their camp.
