Description: Latin American visitors and writers who participated in the first conference on literature hosted by the Cuban government and held in spring 1960. The conference was the work of Lunes, the literary supplement to Revolución, the official newspaper of Fidel Castro's 26th of July Movement, as well as Vilma Espín, founder and president-for-life of the Federación de Mujeres Cubanas.
