Description
A Tibetan watercolor painting on cotton that depicts two of the sixteen arhats, the original followers of the Buddha. The painting is one of a set of nine paintings and is marked "Right-two" in Tibetan on its verso. Inscriptions in Tibetan on the verso. The tanka includes a silk cover and ribbons.
