Abstract: A young lady, fashionably dressed with the big hair style of the day, walks along a park pathway, towards two elderly gentlemen, one tall and thin, the other quite stout, who approach her from the left. She turns back to the right to smile at another gentleman walking behind her. The lady wears her hair in the extravagant heart-shaped style of the period, with ringlets on the sides, ribbons and ostrich plumes, and her skirt protrudes in the back over a cork bustle
