Abstract: A giant two-faced statue has fallen from an overturned pedestal inscribed "Broad Bottom". The faces on the statue, which has severed head and hands, are those of Fox and North. In the background is shown Tower Hill with an execution in progress. A reference to the defeat of the India Bill and the fall of the Coalition
