Also included in the International Mission Photography Archive. The glory of Yunnan is the carving on the doors of its temples. These are from the temple hall at the back of Tengyueh guildhall Yung Chiang. Upper section flowers + trees + birds in quite naturalistic fashion, middle panels squirrels + a rope vines etc. lower lights conventionalized. [now Tengchong] Panels on a door that have been intricately carved with scenes of trees, flowers and animals.
