The glory of Yunnan is the carving on the doors of its temples. These are from the temple hall at the back of Tengyueh guildhall Yung Chiang. Upper section flowers + trees + birds in quite naturalistic fashion, middle panels squirrels + a rope vines etc. lower lights conventionalized. [now Tengchong] Panels on a door that have been intricately carved with scenes of trees, flowers and animals.
