Over sixty missionary fathers pose in front of a large brick building with white arches. Of the sixty, at least six or seven seem to be indigenous priests.
The back of the postcard is blank and contains a printed title: "21. MADAGASCAR - Les Missionnaires du Vicariat de Tananarive en 1930" ("The Missionaries of the Vicariate of Tananarive in 1930"). The back also contains printed information about the mission agency: "Pour <> - 79, Avenue de Breteuil, Paris XVe. Ch. post. 567-39 Paris".
