20. COTE d'IVOIRE - Recolte d'amandes de palmes ("IVORY COAST - Harvesting almonds of palms.") An indigenous man with a basket kneels behind a pile of large round clusters of almonds. Behind him are the various trees and buildings of the courtyard where he kneels. Postcard issued by "Missions Africaines, 150, Cours Gambetta, Lyon." Also included in the International Mission Photography Archive. The back of the postcard is blank and contains information about the printer: "Phototypie Mee Lescuyer, 16, r. des Remparts-d'Ainay, Lyon."
