Description
Afrique Equatoriale - En tournee apostolique. ("Equatorial Africa - On apostolic tour.") Two missionary sisters dressed in white teach a group of indigenous children in a village of thatched-roof houses. Standing at a distance is another group of indigenous children, one of whom holds the reins of a white horse. Postcard issued by the "Soeurs Missionnaries de Notre-Dame d'Afrique - Saint-Charles Birmandreis (Alger)." Also included in the International Mission Photography Archive. The back of the postcard is blank.
