Algerie et Kabylie - Kabylie - Ouvroir de tissage haute-laine - Les ouvrieres nouent avec dexterite chaque brin de laine separement et copient ainsi habilement le dessin au chatoyant coloris. ("Algeria and Kabylie - Kabylie - Sewing room of weaving high-wool - the workers separately tie with dexterity each wool bit and thus skillfully copy the drawing with sparkling colour.") A missionary sister and four young indigenous women pose while at work on various weaving-related tasks: one spins wool, two work at an upright loom, another sews detail into an almost finished rug. Also included in the International Mission Photography Archive. The back of the postcard is blank and contains printed information about the publisher: "Soeurs Missionnaires de N.-D. d' Afrique, St-Charles - Edition G.-L. ARLAUD - LYON, Repr. interdite."
