8. Congo Belge - Le Corps du Christ garde toute ame! ("8. Belgian Congo - the Body of Christ keeps any heart!") Under a tent a missionary father stands in front of an altar table and serves the Mass to indigenous men who kneel before him. Other indigenous men and women kneel outside the tent. Postcard issued by "Missions Salesiennes." Also included in the International Mission Photography Archive. The back of the postcard is blank and contains printed information about the mission agency: "Procure des Missions Salesiennes, C.C.P. Lyon, 126.85 - 47 chemin de Fontaniere, Lyon (5e)."
