69. OCEANIE (Iles du Pacifique) - Un Pere Mariste Catechise Les Jeunes Indigenes. ("69. OCEANIA (Islands of the Pacific) - A Marist Father Catechises Young Natives.") Next to a thatched house, a missionary father sits on a stool with a book in his lap and teaches a group of over forty indigenous men, women, and children. Also included in the International Mission Photography Archive. The back of the postcard has a handwritten note in French and contains printed information about the publisher: "L'Oeuvre de la Propagation de la Foi soutient les Missions catholiques du monde entier.
