The back of the postcard contains a handwritten note in French and also contains information about the mission agency: "Vendu au profit de la Mission de La Lowa des Chanoines Rég. de Latran. Verkocht ten voordeele der Missie der Reg. Kanunniken van Lateranen in het gebied van da La Lowa." ("Sold to benefit the Mission of The Lowa Chanoines Reg. Lateran.") Une pierre pour la construction de la Mission de La Lowa des Chanoines Rég. de Latran. Een steentje voor de uitbreiding der Missie der Reg. Kanunniken van Lateranen te La Lowa. ("A stone for the construction of the Mission of The Lowa Chanoines Reg. Lateran.") A male clergy is standing outside instructing several men as they build a mission using bricks. There is also a small portrait of a woman on the front of the postcard that includes the caption: "A la glorieuse Mémoire de S.M. la Reine Astrid. Aan de roemrijke gedachtenis van H. M. Koningin Astrid." ("To the glorious memory S.M. Queen Astrid")
