"A very fat man, broadly caricatured, with a gouty leg, sits full face in an arm-chair, staring with open mouth and goggling eyes. Above his head: 'Who the Devil do you stare at? Get along about your Business'. He wears a night-cap, a handkerchief round his neck, a loose coat over shirt.
