All corners repaired, not affecting main text block. Approximately 34 missing leaves; replaced by manuscript copies of the missing text in a modern cursive.
Binding: nineteenth-century blind-tooled brown morocco.
Decoration: rubricated. Some marginal note initials in blue with red penwork.
