Description: “Un groupe de Mpanjono.” (A group of anglers). Au profit de la Mission des Religieuses de la Providence, a Madagascar.” A missionary sister on horseback is shown surrounded by a group of young men, possibly ne’er-do-wells, from the town. The following information is printed on the back of the postcard: “Mission des Religieuses de la Providence à Madagascar, Procures: Couvent de la Providence, Corenc (Isère), ou Mère Berckmans, Providence St-Germain, La Tronche (Is.).” There is no handwriting on the back.
