“158. ̶ Madagascar. ̶ Village malagche.” A village is depicted along a riverfront with two-story dwellings that appear to be made of smooth mud or stone with grass roofs. A long canoe is shown on a little island in the river. The following information is printed on the back of the postcard: “En vente pour “l’Œuvre des Prêtres malgaches” 79, Avenue de Breteuil, Paris XVe. Ch. pst. 567-39 Paris.” There is no handwriting on the back.
