“8. De Indatastroom te Sinte-Maria-Tongeren (Opper-Congo). Missionarissen van Afrika (Witte Paters). 8. La rivière Indata à Tongres-Sainte-Marie (Haut-Congo). Missionnaires d’Afrique (Pères Blanc).” Women are shown collecting water from the Indata River near the mission. The water is transported in large earthen jugs on top of their heads. The caption is printed on the back of the postcard. There is no handwriting on the back.
