“Missions des Pères du Saint-Esprit. ̶ Congo Français. Le fétiche Mbouiti près de Loango (au Congo, il est interdit aux femmes de voir ce fétiche sous peine de mort). A member of the Mbuti Pygmie people is shown next to a shrine with three wooden fetishes. Mbuti women are not allowed to view the fetishes on pain of death. There is no handwriting on the back of the postcard
