David Macbride, M.D. (1726-1778)The entire plate is printed in blue-green ink. A shield with a checkered chief; below the field Argent is divided by a chevron Gules, with a rose at its center point. Surrounding the chevron are three fish; two above, one below. The shield is surrounded by fancy design, as well as with additional flowers and leaves. At the helm, atop a torse, is an eagle with wings displayed. Below is the motto Nil Conscire Sibi.still image
