In the second quarter is a bend Sable with three stars upon it. The third quarter features a nubuly-edged fess with three lions rampant; two above, one below. At the crest of the larger shield, from a torse, is a right-handed upper forearm grasping a broken lance. Below is the motto Vincit Qui Patitur.still image
