Printed in five columns with the title, woodcut, and prose introduction above the first three; the columns are not separated lines of ornamental type.
Full imprint reads: Northampton Printed for Robert Dicey; of whom may be had all sorts of old and new ballads, broad-sheets, histories, pictures cut in wood, and engrav'd on copper plate, &c. with finer cuts, much better printed, and cheaper than in any other place in England.
