In three columns separated by columns of type ornaments (chiefly a single ornament repeated); the title spans all three columns; the illustration is above the second column. All within a border of type ornaments.
Price from imprint: Great allowance will be made to shopkeepers and hawkers. Price an halfpenny, or 2s. 3d. per 100, 1s. 3d. for 50, 9d. for 25.
A ballad.
In this edition, "Cheap Repository" is set in parentheses in the top border of type ornaments, and "J. Marshall", "London", "S. Hazard", and "Bath" are in uppercase roman. In another edition (ESTC N3953), "Cheap Repository" is not in parentheses, and is set below the top border, separated from the title by a swelled rule, and the words quoted are set in uppercase italics.
At foot of the third column in square brackets: Entered at Stationers Hall.
