The teacher also mentions in the "Ijāzah" the teachers from whom he received his learning and the unbroken chain of scholars up to the very first master. The "Ijāzah" bears the stamp of ʻUthmān Nūrī. It was given on 4 Jumādá al-Ākhirah, 1312 Hijrī (3 December, 1894).
