Incipit: "Bismillāh al-Raḥmān al-Raḥīm ... Ḥukiya, wa-Allāh aʻlam wa-aʻraf [wa-]akram, fīmā maḍá wa-taqaddam min asālīf al-umam, annahu [kāna] malikayn min mulūk al-ʻAjam, min Banī Sāsān, wa-kānū khawayn [akhawayn] shaqīqayn min umm wa-ab ..."
