There are also stamps and decals for expositions including the Lewis and Clark Centennial Exposition in Portland, Oregon, 1905; the Panama-Pacific International Exposition in San Francisco, California, 1915; and the Panama-California Exposition (later known as the Panama-California International Exposition) in San Diego, California, 1915-1917.</dc:description><dc:description>Alfred Edward Heller (born 1929) is a collector, investor, and author.
