Abstract: Manuscript fragment on parchment of an antiphonary containing among other items: First Sunday of Advent; Christmas; Christmas Eve; St. Stephen (26 December); St. Silvester (31 December); St. Agnes (21 January); Conversion of Saint Paul (25 January); and Purification of the Virgin (2 February).
Description: In Latin.
Script: written in late Caroline minuscule by several scribes.
Decoration: 7-line responsory initial "D" is a red uncial with red and black penwork and a portrait of St. Agnes; 4-line responsory initial "A" in red with vine-stem decoration; 1-line initials of "O" antiphons are in red capitals; other 1-line initials are brown rustic capitals; rubrics in red minuscule.
It is possible that not all these leaves come from the same manuscript. They were written by several scribes, and the written space varies.
Provenance: These fragments were formerly used in the bindings of volumes from Lambach Stiftsbibliothek.
