Fragments of 3 ff. constituted of 22 strips of parchment having served as sewing stays in a copy of the incunable Rainerius de Pisis, Pantheologia.
Provenance: Donated by John W. Kebabian in memory of his father, John S. Kebabian, in 1997 January. Purchased in the 1970s by John S. Kebabian from H.P. Kraus, New York. Donated by his son John W. Kebabian in memory of his father in January 1997.
