Illustrations: [1] large folded engraved frontispiece depicting the great hall of Palazzo già Vizzani, giving prominence to the temporary decoration and apparati, that included sugar trophies. The plate is signed: Marc:ant.o Chiarini dissegnò, Giacomo Giouanini Intagliò, and has a caption in the lower margin: "Apparato del Conuito fatto dall'Ill.mo Sig Senat.e Francesco Ratta all' Ill.mo Publico, Eccelsi Signori Anziani, & altra Nobilità in numero di 64 nella Sala del palazzo già Vizzani, terminando il Confalonierato del primo Bimestre dell'Anno MDCXCIII." [2] engraved plate depicting a table decorated with a display of drinking-vessels and plates, signed: Giacomo Giouanini intagliò, Marc:ant.o Chiarini dis.o. [3]-[5] three engraved plates depicting sugar sculptures, one of them signed: Gio. Batta Zacarini inuen. [6] engraved plate of hallway with caption: "Loggia, che introduce all'apparato della sala," signed Marc:ant.o Chiarini dissegnò, Giacomo Giouanini Intaglio.
On p. [6] it is noted that the sugar sculptures were executed by Giovanni Battista Zaccarini, the other decorations by Sebastiano Sarti, under the supervision of Gioseffo Mazza.
Pages [3]-[4] excessively trimmed at bottom, with partial loss of catchwords.
