Pages 586-587 "A New Broom on New York Streets," includes 16 before and after photographs, "Results of Col. Waring's work contrasted with the Results of Tammany Neglect." Page 578 has engraved portrait of Honorable Richard Olney, Secretary Of State. Hansen database #136.
