Place of publication inferred from publisher's known city of residence in 1646. Hendrick van der Borcht the Younger accompanied the collections of Thomas Howard, 2nd Earl of Arundel, to Antwerp when they were moved there in 1642-4, and continued working for Lady Arundel until her death in 1654; see British Museum online catalogue.
