Satire on Dutch and English sailors. A fat Dutchman on the left, wearing a large hat and holding a long pipe in his right hand, converses with a surly-looking English sailor on the right, who wears a small hat and holds a small pipe, a snuffbox in his vest pocket. The dialogue, in speech bubbles above, consists of puns on the names of the ports of Portsmouth and Amsterdam.
