The building of the novitiate of the Jesuit Fathers between Drongen and Gent stands across from a river. Additional information directs donations for Indian mission work to Leuven, Netherlands.

On the back of the postcard is the text, "Heel Chota Nagpore [Chota Nagpur Plateau] moet katholiek worden," as well as text asking for financial aid for the Post. The goal of this missionary post was to convert the indigenous people of the Chota Nagpur Plateau.
