Above the text is a decorative floral square, which also contains blessings for the bride and groom. This ketubah has horizontal creases, which indicates that it was stored folded over many times. The text is difficult to read by non-specialists in Sephardic cursive.

Document has two columns of text in Rashi script, one contains the marriage agreement and the other contains the conditions of betrothal. The text is surrounded by an illuminated border in gold and multicolored inks. At the top are traditional verses, a six pointed star, and an emblem of a handshake of the bride and groom. On the sides and bottom are decorative columns with detailed botanical illustrations.

The text is surrounded by a floral border in various shades of blue and brown. The text is written in Italian block letters, however the ink is quite faded.

Signed by the groom (?) and two witnesses in Italian. One of the witnesses is the rabbi, David Samuel Pardo. The ketubah design is similar to that of other ketubot from Verona at that time.
