- Manuscript fragment on parchment of medical recipes, primarily of a gynecological nature; recipes include: medical recipes for tumors or swelling of the vulva; medical recipes for hardness of the breasts, ulcers, and cancers, increasing milk, so a girl will not grow breasts nor a boy testicles, and so that the hands and neck will be white; there are several undecipherable recipes and a portion of a poem in a thirteenth- or fourteenth-century hand on the sounds made by various animals

- In Latin., Script: written in early gothic script (littera textualis); the added entries on fol. 2r are written in a French or Italian cursive hand from the second half of the fourteenth century; the upper portion of fol. 2v is written in littera textualis currens from the thirteenth century; the verses on animals are in a littera textualis from the latter thirteenth or early fourteenth century., and Decoration: punctuated with the punctus and punctus elevatus; hyphenation is in the same ink as the text.

Includes: an index (front flyleaf recto), an unidentified medical text: A malis curis et a falsis (front flleaf verso), "Mens hominis discedendo alitur" (f. 1), a text on surgery: dicatur primo quid est chirurgia (ff. 2r-3v), Descriptions in Latin and Itailan of illnesses and presriptions for their cure (ff. 4r-71v), treatise on the science of medicine (ff. 72r-80r), index, prescriptions, and other notes (ff. 81-105).

- Illuminated manuscript, in several unidentified hands, on parchment, containing a collection of works ascribed to Yūḥannā Ibn Māsawayh or Johannes Mesue. Contains: Canones universales (ff. 1r-58r), Medicum particularium (ff. 58v-207r), and Grabadin or Antidotarium (Inc.: Scripsimus in libris explanationum; ff. 209r-262r). Also includes Nicolaus Praepositus' Antidotarium (ff. 265r-290v). Various 15th-century medical recipes added in other hands (ff. 207v-208v, ff. 262v-264v, and f. 290v).

- Manuscript, on paper, in two unidentified hands, containing Guglielmo da Saliceto's Summa conservationis et curationis (ff. 1r-275r). Followed, in a third hand, by an alphabetical glossary of plants in Latin and German (ff. 275r-278r). Ends with the text of the Chirurgia (ff. 280-364), ending imperfectly. Texts of the Summa conservationes et curationis and of the Chirurgia were likely written separately in Italy, but bound in Germany

- In Latin and German., Title from title page (front flyleaf)., Script: humanist minuscule., Layout: double column of 51 lines., Binding: German 16th-century half blind-tooled pigskin binding over oak boards with two fore-edge brass clasps, with catches on the upper board. Lower board repaired with one clasp missing. Parchment binding stay (Germany, 15th-century) between ff. 10 and 11). Binding was rebacked and repaired in the 20th century; pastedown and flyleaf were added (watermark "P" with 4 petals on top, not located in Briquet).
