- Abstract:
- Reformatio Sigismundi, originally written in 1439 at the alleged instigation of the Holy Roman Emperor Sigismund (1368-1437) for the Council of Basel. The text of Marston MS 273 is the vulgate version (V), composed around 1440. As with other versions, the author of this text is supposedly Friedrich von Lantnau or Lantzenau (see f. 6r), who claims to have undertaken the translation of it into German from the "original" Latin. The identity of this person is still uncertain (see Koller, op. cit., p. 6), and the idea of a Latin "original" is rejected by the editor (Koller, op. cit., p. 17).

- Manuscript on paper of an unidentified treatise, incomplete, on the Cardinal Virtues; material taken mostly from Valerius Maximus, with additional material from Augustine, the Bible, Cicero, Seneca, Macrobius, Aristotle, and Vegetius. and Unidentified treatise, incomplete, on the Cardinal Virtues; material taken mostly from Valerius Maximus, with additional material from Augustine (De civitate Dei, De beata vita, Epistolae), Bible (Proverbs), Cicero (De officiis, etc.), Seneca (Epistolae morales, De ira, De constantia), Macrobius, Aristotle, Vegetius, the "Storie Romane" of "Arineo" (f. 6r), and "Salino" (f. 23v). The presence of the "versificatore" (f. 11r), cited in Latin (Walther, Sprichwoerter 33507), and a similar constellation of sources suggest that Vincent of Beauvais' Speculum Doctrinale was a major (though not exclusive) source for this author.

- Abstract:
- 4 fragments of a missale plenum. Portions of Dominica X post Pentecosten, Feria IV of that week, Dominica XI, and of votive masses for a priest to say on behalf of himself, and for the shedding of tears. Where they occur, the texts of the proper chants are notated in a compact, well executed, distinctive script of mixed Breton and French aspect. Some of the chants are cited by incipit. Unusually, the first of the votive masses is prefaced by a listing of chants which would be appropriate to it. The Alleluia for Dominica X is Domine refugium, and the proper collect for Vespers of that Sunday (not present in the fragment) was entered after the post communion.
