Boats are docked along the river., Also included in the International Mission Photography Archive., and This photograph is from the papers of Frank and Verna Garrett who served under the United Christian Missionary Society in the Nanjing area from 1896 to 1932.
"13. Bridge over the Grand Canal, Hangchow [Hangzhou], East China. (American Baptist Missionary Union, Bos [sic]." House boats are docked at the shore on one side of a bridge. The bridge has three large arches in it. This postcard has been colorized.
