Description:

Books, some with titles, a skull, a microscope, several pieces of laboratory glassware, a camera, as well as an hour glass are below. To the lower right of the main image is a fourth insignia. The plate owner's signature can be seen at the bottom center. At the top is the phrase Tempus Fugit, Carpe Diem.
