- Album of photographic prints and drawings probably compiled by Harold St. John Loyd Winterbotham that documents his inspection tour of British colonial surveying departments in Africa for the Colonial Survey Committee, February 1929 to November 1929., Images that depict locations in individual colonies are often preceded in the album by a map of the region with annotations that trace the route of the tour. Colonies and regions documented include Egypt, Gold Coast (Ghana), Kenya, Nigeria, Northern and Southern Rhodesia, Nyasaland, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Tanganyika, Uganda, and Zanzibar. Images include views of landscapes, communities, and informal portraits of members of the inspection tour party, as well as white and black Africans., and The album includes some images created earlier than the tour, including an informal portrait of members of the Anglo-Belgian Boundary Commission in 1927, as well as several photograph postcards depicting black Africans and places in Kenya created and distributed by Kodak (East Africa) Limited.

- Scrapbook made by Libbie Maltbie following a vacation trip to Alaska in August, 1909. Maltbie and her husband, Arthur L. Maltbie, and two friends, Hiland P. and Mary Lockwood, travelled to Alaska on the steamship City of Seattle, leaving Seattle, Washington, on August 4, 1909, passing among the islands of southeastern Alaska to Skagway, and returning on the Pacific side, stopping at Sitka, and reaching Seattle on August 15. The scrapbook contains mostly postcards, printed illustrations, and photographs taken by Arthur L. Maltbie, showing towns visited, buildings, natural features, and Indian totem poles and other aspects of Indian life. Photographs, some with the travelers pictured, are captioned in holograph by Libbie Maltbie. Also present are a printed map showing steamship routes, published by the Pacific Coast Steamship Company; a few printed items relating to the City of Seattle; and a narrative written by Maltbie, holograph, 15 p., briefly describing the trip.

- Scrapbook contains photographs, documents, manuscript material, newspaper clippings, and printed ephemera documenting Sanders's service with the American Red Cross in Hyères, France from fall 1918 through summer 1919. Approximately 475 black-and-white photographs document the Château San Salvadour, which served as the headquarters of the Red Cross, buildings and locations in Hyères and on the Mediterranean Coast of France and elsewhere, soldiers, and civilians. Other materials include documents and ephemera relating to Sanders's service and travel, clippings about Sanders, and correspondence, including several memos from the Red Cross, and one autograph letter, signed, from Charlotte Renaux, written in 1921. Issues of the Hyeres Weekly News, published by the Red Cross, contain contributions from Edith Wharton.
