The fourth quarter, against an argent field, is a pale surrounded by a narrow argent bordure. At the helm, atop a torse, is the sun. The shield is surrounded by leaves and flowers. Beneath upon a banner, is the motto Luceo Non Uro. A decorative border surrounds the plate owner's name.
