- Record of the acting career of Charles B. Wells, typescript carbon copy, bound, dated 1921. Dates, cities, theaters, plays, and roles played by Wells, salaries he received, and names of acting companies and actors with whom he worked are listed in a tabular format. Volume includes a foreword, indexes of plays and persons, and a transcript of an address given by Wells on Founder's Night at the Players Club, New York, on New Year's Eve, 1919. Circa sixty black-and-white photographs of Wells (including frontispiece) and fellow actors, playbills, and letters are mounted on pages throughout the volume.

- The Walter O. Evans Collection of James Baldwin is comprised of a typescript draft of Baldwin's Another Country (New York: Dial Pub., 1962) and correspondence sent from Baldwin to Mary Garin-Painter, David Adams Leeming, and Eugene Lerner dating from 1953 to 1987. In his letters Baldwin discusses his writing projects and personal life (ranging from his relationships to his experience living abroad in France and Turkey). Baldwin also reflects on his experience at the MacDowell Colony where he was in residence while working on his novel Giovanni's Room. The correspondence constitutes a window into Baldwin's creative process and life during this period.

The scrapbook, "My Scouting History," contains autograph and typescript entries, photographs, merit badges and awards, correspondence, and printed ephemera documenting Jackson's membership in an African-American boy scout troop, Troop 42 of Camden, New Jersey from 1937 to 1943. Other papers include one letter, photographs, scarves, and printed material, dating from 1946 to 1965, relating chiefly to Jackson's involvement in Troop 43 of the Boy Scouts of America. and Folder 1 of 2 completely digitized.
