- Manuscript, in a single hand, of a collection of approximately 105 poems divided into "Miscellaneous Pieces," "Songs," "Cantatas," "Odes," Satirical Pieces," "Mock-Pieces relating to the Stage," and "Imitations." The first "Imitation" is a sonnet concerning an abortion scandal surrounding Mademoiselle de Guerchi in 1660, and is addressed in her voice to her aborted "embrio;" other poem titles include "An Ode, Inscrib'd to his grace the Duke of Buckingham, on his Embarking for France," "The paper Bonnets worn by Ladys," "On seeing lewd Women refus'd Admittance," "Fungus," "The poor & Rich Rogue," "Prologue to a Puppet-Show," and "The Shipwrack'd Sailors." The collection is prefaced by a dedication to Viscount Nessuno in the voice of an "orphan Muse" who writes, "should she beg your Lordship...to favour her with a corner of the Green-house in delightful Groves of Utopia; there to correct at Leisure, the numberless Reams she has scribbled within these twelve years: And should she afterwards implore your Lordship to assist the publication of her labours, by raising a handsom subscription among your friends for that purpose...she is certain your Lordship would not deny her one of them." Many additional poems, in a smaller hand and with numerous corrections, appear in the margins.

- Manuscript, in multiple hands, of a collection of 35 poems, bound in together. The verses are primarily lighthearted and address the subjects of love and women, occasionally in the form of occasional verse. Titles include A tale of Fidelia’s quarrell with her looking-glass; On a robin redbreast that in a stormy day flew in at a window and settled on a lady’s breast; The dangler; A prologue spoken at the opening of Punches Theatre at Bath; To Mrs Catherine Flemming at the Lord Digby’s at Coleshill; and The comical dreamer. Two comic poems address the marriages of Mary Eleanor Bowes, Countess Strathmore. The collection also includes Colley Cibber’s Ode for the new year as well as poems by John Wilmot, Earl of Rochester, Lady Mary Wortley Montagu, and Anne Finch, countess of Winchilsea.

- Manuscript on paper, in several different hands, of a collection of about 69 poems and prose entries, primarily on philosophical, religious, and metaphysical subjects. Prose pieces in the volume include a copy of Ethica Compendium, by Johann Stier; and The Life of Richard Marsh D. D. Archdeacon of York Vicar of Halifax, and Chaplain to King Charles 2nd From a Manuscript Written By His Descendant. Verses include numerous poems by John Donne; Song To A Coy Lady by Alexander Brome; and other poems by Cowley, Thomas Otway, and Richard Fanshaw. Pasted in on p. 263 is a contemporary MS copy of a poem, "Rise oh my sone wth thy desires to heaven," which the writer attributes to Sir Henry Wotton. The manuscript also includes a list of Middle English words titled "A few words from Urry's Chaucer that seem to have furnished several English families with surnames."

Includes works attributed to Walton Poole; Henry King (1592-1669); Sir John Davies (1569-1626); Giles Hayward and Richard Corbet (1582-1635)., Manuscript on paper, in a single secretary hand, of a collection of about 144 English poems, primarily on the subjects of love, women, and marriage. Many poems are addressed to their authors' mistresses, including To Ones Mistress Thinking Her Selfe Too Younge; To His Mistress Having Stayed Long From Her; and John Donne's To His Mistress Going to Bed. The volume also contains several occasional poems, including one on King James' death and another on a son of King Charles I, and numerous satirical verses; several are dedicated to physicians, lawyers, and usurers, one mocks "a Puritan maide," and another satirizes "Sr Robert Carr Earle of Sommerset.", and P.
