Below there is a caduceus on either side of the word "Library". At the bottom: "Presented by", with space in which to write. On the bottom portion to the left is a section marked "Class", where "929.1" is written in ink. Next is a section marked "No.", and written in ink after is "C 67".

This is centered amongst some grasses and leaves, with a goat to the left and a dog to the right. It sits upon a base with a bird at the bottom center.
