"I have thriven on this sort of thing for Eighteen Centuries--Go on, gentlemen, Persecution helps de Pizness." On the ground are seen rocks labelled "prosecution," "Hebrew success at crime," "bigotry rampant." Judge Hilton keeps him out of Saratoga hotel; Corbin from Manhattan Beach; Bismarck, janitor of Hotel Berlin, which has sign "No Jews Allowed." Peddler's pants are labelled Endurance; his carried box of Prosperity held up by straps labelled sobriety and industry. The box contains literature, poetry, music, science, patriotism, statesmanship, and promissory notes. Hansen database #242.
