- Manuscript fragment on parchment of a Dutch translation in verse of the Roman de la Rose by Guillaume de Lorris and Jean de Meun, transmitted by three complete manuscripts and a few fragments
- Description:
- In Dutch., Script: copied by one hand in Northern Gothica Textualis Libraria., Alternating red and blue paragraph marks and 2-line plain initials, with guide letters. The four verses in the neighbourhood of an initial open with a majuscule heightened with red., and Die Rose is a Dutch translation in verse of the Roman de la Rose by Guillaume de Lorris and Jean de Meun, transmitted by three complete manuscripts and a few fragments. Both leaves are trimmed, f. 2 severely so at the top, with loss of text. In both leaves the outer margin has been folded (c. 10 mm.) as to form a stub for use as flyleaves in the binding of an unrecorded printed book.
