Full length portraits of Indian delegates taken in the studio of Charles M. Bell in Washington, D. C. One photograph can be attributed to John K. Hillers, while the other four prints may be by either Hillers or Bell. The sitters in four photographs are identified as Eagle Plume, the Ponca Chief White Eagle, the Northern Arapaho Chief Black Coal, and the Oglala Sioux Chief Red Cloud.
