- Binding of v. 1: Original vellum ms. pastedowns with stubs; sewn on five supports attached to wooden boards; remains of brown calf stitched around plain wound headbands; rebacked with (probably) original calf sides inset; sides are blind-tooled with triple diagonals in an outer frame; an agnus dei, angel or floral tool is in each diamond formed., Binding of v. 2: vellum stays inside gatherings; sewn on 3 tawed skin slit straps laced into beech boards; the spine is lined with tawed skin between supports; remains of Kermes pink braid on a simple headband at the head, wanting at the tail; covered in tawed pigskin blind-tooled with diagonals in an outer frame; remains of two brown leather fastenings, the catches on the upper board; trace of writing and a label at the head of the upper board and an inscribed paper label on the spine., Provenance of v. 1: "Liber dom[us] sororu[m] sa[n]cte Agnetis Tong[r]is" and "Venerabilis Mater Monasterij S[anc]te in Oppido Tongrensi dono dedit hunc lib[r]um bibliothecae F[ra]trum Min[orum] in prefato Oppido commorantium Anno Dmi. 1671" (ms. on fol. 1); "Pro bibliotheca F[rat]rum Min[orum] Tongris" (ms. on fol 256 verso)., Provenance of v. 2: "Ex bibl. Latin Bible (texts of Jeremiah 6:10-13 and 6:28-7:3)., Bought in Feb. 1995; the Edwin J. Beinecke Fund., Few spaces, with guide-letters, left for capitals; other capitals printed. Rubricated throughout. Printer's full-page device on K6v and M6v; both impressions have coat-of-arms supplied in red in lower shield.
