Binding: Rebound in gold- and blind-tooled leather. In brown morocco case, by Riviere & Son., Imperfect: water-stained at beginning., Provenance: Inscription after contents in early sixteenth century/late fifteenth century hand: "Rychard Nayler ys my name and wyth my pene I wryt the same"; the same hand writes other names throughout in the top margin of rectos. Inscription on first leaf: "L Tyrwhitt." Inscription on first flyleaf: "W[illia]m Pownall Lincoln Feb 17th 1726/7.", Signatures: a¹⁰ ²a⁸ B-V⁸ x-z⁸ [et]⁸ 2a-2d⁸ 2e⁴., and Title and imprint from ISTC.
