A surgical field kit, of which opens flat with each half closed off. Opening the halves reveal a number of surgical instruments; each with a drawing and a label identifying what they are. Most of the instruments appear to be in the kit, including both a curved and straight bistoury, bullet forceps, a chisel, bone forceps, an elevator, scalpels, an aneurism needle, scissors, a director and probe, a lancet point, a catheter, dressing forceps, and several haemostatic forceps. An emblem on the outer box reads "Medical Dep't USA".
