Copied about A.H. 1229 (A.D. 1814)., The work ends on leaf 231 verso, and is followed by a responsum by Ibn Qudāmah to a query as to whether the Koran represents the actual word of God, and by other pieces, in prose and verse., and Tract in condemnation of the use of allegorical interpretation in theology.

A biography of Saint Ephrem (Ephraem, Syrus, Saint, 303-373) translated into Arabic from an unidentified Syriac original by Buṭrus Rizq al-ʻAndārī, a student of Madrasat Mārī Yūḥannā Mārūn (Madrasat Dayr Mār Yūḥannā Mārūn, Kafr Ḥayy, Lebanon) on 17 January, 1895. Probably the translator's autograph.
